This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which service cancellations and refund requests are handled.

1. Cancellation Policy

A. Digital Services

(Digital Marketing, Website Development, Application Development, Software Development)

  • Clients may request cancellation before work commencement to receive a full refund.

  • If work has already started, partial refunds may be considered based on the scope and progress of work completed.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or the official contact form.


B. IT Facility Management & IT Support Outsourcing

  • Monthly or annual service contracts may be cancelled with prior written notice, as defined in the service agreement.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be prorated based on services already delivered and operational costs incurred.


C. Computer AMC Services & IT Infrastructure Development

    • Cancellations are accepted before the commencement of maintenance or deployment activities.

    • Refunds are processed in accordance with the AMC or project contract terms, after deducting any incurred costs, procurement, or deployment expenses.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds apply only to prepaid services that have not been delivered or were not rendered as per the agreed scope.

  • For physical IT equipment supplied under AMC or infrastructure contracts, refunds or replacements are provided for defective or non-compliant items, subject to inspection and contract terms.

  • All refund requests must include relevant invoices, contracts, or proof of payment and be submitted to sidigiqor@gmail.com or via https://sidigiqor.com/contact.

3. Refund & Cancellation Process

  • Submit a written cancellation or refund request via email or contact form.

  • Our team reviews the request against the service agreement and delivery status.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

  • Partial refunds are calculated based on work completed, resources allocated, or costs incurred.

4. Terms & Conditions

  • All cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable service agreement or AMC contract.
  • Fully delivered and accepted services are non-refundable, unless a documented service failure is established.
  • Sidigiqor Technologies reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
