1. Cancellation Policy
Digital Services (Digital Marketing, Website & Application Development, Software Development):
Clients may request cancellation before work begins to receive a full refund.
If work has started, partial refunds may be considered based on the scope of work completed.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to our support team.
IT Facility Management & IT Support Outsourcing:
Monthly or annual service contracts can be cancelled with prior notice as per contract terms.
Refunds, if applicable, will be prorated based on the services already rendered.
AMC Services of IT Equipment & IT Infrastructure Development:
Cancellations are accepted before the start of maintenance or deployment work.
Refunds are processed according to the contractual agreement, minus any costs incurred.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued for prepaid services not yet delivered or services not rendered as per the agreed contract.
For physical IT equipment under AMC or infrastructure contracts, refunds or replacements are provided for defective or non-compliant items within the agreed timeline.
