1. Refund Policy

Digital Services: For services such as digital marketing, website development, software, and application development, refunds are processed if services are not delivered as per agreed specifications or timelines. Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

IT Facility Management & IT Support Outsourcing: Refunds for ongoing service contracts are not typically offered; however, if there is a significant service failure or breach of contract, the matter will be resolved promptly with fair compensation where applicable.

AMC Services of IT Equipment & IT Infrastructure Development: Refunds are considered only if there is a failure to deliver contracted maintenance or infrastructure services, subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
2. Returns Policy

For physical IT equipment provided as part of Computer AMC Services or IT Infrastructure solutions, returns are accepted if the equipment is defective upon delivery or not as described, subject to inspection and approval.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Sidigiqor Technologies will provide replacement or repair depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

Refunds and returns are only applicable for services or products directly purchased from Sidigiqor Technologies.

Services completed and accepted by the client are non-refundable unless there is a proven service failure.
