3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request a cancellation under the following conditions:
- For AMC & IT Support Services: Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of service agreement confirmation.
- For Website Development, Digital Marketing & SEO Services: Cancellations are permitted before the project has commenced. Once work has started, partial refunds may apply based on the work completed.
- For Cyber Security & IT Consulting: Due to the nature of security assessments and compliance services, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking.
- For Staffing & Facility Management Services: Cancellations must be requested 7 days before the service commencement date.
3.2 Cancellation by Sidigiqor Technologies
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- If the customer provides incorrect or fraudulent information.
- If the service requested violates company policies or legal regulations.
- If unforeseen technical issues prevent service delivery.
- If payments are not completed within the stipulated time.
- In case of a cancellation from our end, customers will be notified immediately and eligible for a full refund.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are subject to the type of service purchased and the progress of work completed. Below are our refund policies based on service type:
IT & Computer AMC Services
If cancellation is requested before the commencement of Computer AMC Services, a full refund will be processed.
If service has already started, a prorated refund may be provided based on the remaining contract duration.
No refunds will be provided for emergency IT support services.
Website Development & Digital Marketing Services
If a website development project is canceled before initiation, a full refund is applicable.
If work has commenced, refunds will be provided based on the percentage of project completion.
No refunds are provided for SEO, social media marketing, or pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns that have already been executed.
Cyber Security & IT Consulting
No refunds will be issued once a security assessment, penetration testing, or consulting session has been conducted.
If canceled before scheduling, a full refund will be processed.
Property Management & Staffing Solutions
If the client cancels before staff recruitment, a full refund is available.
If staff allocation has been made, refunds will be subject to administrative deductions.
Tech Support & Business Growth Strategy Services
One-time technical support or emergency services are non-refundable.
If consulting services are canceled before execution, a full refund will be provided.
4.2 Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Customers will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
Digital Marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, SMM) that have already been executed.
One-time technical support services.
Completed IT consulting sessions and security audits.
Partial work delivered for website development.
