Cancellation Policy

  1. IT Services & Software Development:
    • Once a project is initiated and work has commenced, cancellations are not allowed.
    • If a client wishes to cancel before the work has begun, they must notify us in writing within 24 hours of making the payment.
  2. Subscription-Based Services (AMC, ITFMS, Cybersecurity Consultancy, Digital Marketing, etc.):
    • Clients can request cancellations before the start of the service cycle.
    • No cancellations are permitted once the service period has begun.
  3. Staffing & Recruitment Services:
    • Cancellations are not allowed once the hiring process has started.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds for Software Development and IT Services:
    • No refunds will be issued once a project is initiated.
    • In cases where Sidigiqor Technologies fails to deliver as per agreed terms, partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion.
  2. Refunds for Subscription-Based Services:
    • No refunds will be issued once a subscription plan is activated.
  3. Gulf Staffing & Recruitment Services:
    • Payments made for job placement services are non-refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY
